"Just wanted to Say Thank you to Ari (Rep) and Daniel (Mgr) from Blue Diamond location for assisting and recommending policy that I thought I had but didn’t and well explaining the coverage difference. I have been a State Farm customer for over 12 years and this visit I still receive a warm welcome as I walk in and was offer refreshments. "At the beginning of the insurance policy, agent "Norma" charged my credit card for all six months of Premium insurance without my permission. (8:45am) And she contacted me (9:30 Am) and forced me to "pay the six-month premium at once," so I canceled my insurance, and I signed up again. I canceled it on October 23rd to get a refund, she doesn't refund my money yet. (Today is Nov. 10th. 2025) I've had car insurance for over 25 years in the USA I've never seen anything like this before."
